Track Registration Form

For ISRC registrations and new membership applicants only.

Use this page to register your sound recordings if you are not currently a PPI member, or you have recently applied to join PPI.

Before you start

  • Have all your recording details ready, including ISRCs. Each track needs every column filled in except Genre, Recording Date, Country of First Publication, Rights Holder ID and Rights End Date — and the rights columns only if you own the rights.
  • Check the data requirements. The PPL Repertoire Data Policy Guide sets out exactly what’s needed — see Recording Data, pages 6–9.

Two ways to register

  1. Complete the form below — best for a small number of tracks.
  2. Download the template and email it to isrc@ppimusic.ie — best for bulk registrations.

Download the Track Registration template (CSV)

Download the Sample Track Registration Template (XLSX)
