Depending on the type of activity involved, a PPI broadcast licence will be
a. a fixed annual or once-off fee, or
b. a percentage of advertising revenue, or
c. a fee based on actual usage or a rate per play.

It depends on the aggregator. Some are licensed by the local PPI-equivalent which means you don’t need to have a separate PPI licence; others are not locally-licensed, so you will have to get a PPI licence.
